FGS

The work goes on, have a preview of the conclusions from eARD mostly talks about setting up the FGS organisation that is functioning since the 1st of July 2014.

A lot todo to get a first stable version of the three specifications created in the project. One of the things to do is get it to be an FGS standing on its own without the project information which could be found in a lot of the text.

At the same time similear work is going on in the EARK project creating a common specification for packages following the path the FGS Package in Sweden started on including the modifications needed for getting the swedish up to shape.
